Here is where I will explain how a certain song gives me a vision of creativity. Now, I'm not a music man myself. Unlike other humans, I don't spend the majority of my time putting on headphones or turning on the radio and listening to music. I might have no soul. Oh well. However, the times when I am listening to music, I enjoy listening to it (of course depending on the song). I like many songs playing, but certain ones, with the power of their lyrics and/or rhythm, makes me imagine things in my head. (I'm assuming it must be my brain groovin'.) One song, for example, named Five More Hours by Deorro and Chris Brown is a song I'm all-ears to listen once it starts playing. It's music genre is classified as electric dance music (EDM), where they use modern instrumentals and have groovy beats and rhythm. EDM is pretty popular among gamer communities. (How ironic, right?) Once the song starts playing, it is introduced with a slow rhythm that slowly transcends to be faster and faster. Once the rhythm's constant, it sticks from there and other elements are introduced like another beat and the lyrics. To traditional music enthusiasts, the song would (obviously) sound odd to them, but for me, it gives me an image. The main rhythm and the artist's singing give me a feeling of repetitiveness. Repetitiveness can be a bad thing, but it can also be a good thing. I usually come across listening to the song while playing a video game. The sense of repetitiveness helps me stick with the game's objective; sticking to a single plan. The song doesn't shift over to another state and allows me to enjoy the constant upbeat sound. Unlike some songs making people feel a slow groove and later groove faster once a beat drops, this one makes you want to move up and down or back and forth. (In my mind, I think of it as "in and out", as my mind does that.)
